Where and when do you deliver?
We deliver Australia-wide. Our carriers are unable to deliver to the following locations: airports, hospitals, prisons and PO boxes. We will also at our discretion exclude delivery to any addresses which are considered to be unsecure. Please see our Terms & Conditions for further information.
We deliver between 9.00AM and 5.30PM Monday to Friday. Please note we do not deliver on weekends or public holidays.
Is there a cost for delivery?
We offer complimentary standard delivery for all orders on antler.com.au.
Any additional costs or optional paid delivery services, if relevant, will be clearly highlighted to you at the checkout.
We reserve the right to vary our prices for home delivery at any time, but this will not impact any orders that have already been placed.
How quickly will I receive my product(s)?
** Black Friday: Please note that during this period there would be additional demand for package distribution, which may result in longer delivery delays. Please allow an extra 1 - 3 working days for your order to get processed.
Most areas in AUS: From time of despatch 3-5 working days
Regional, WA & NT: From time of despatch up to 10 working days
How will I know my order has been processed?
You will receive an order confirmation from us by email when your order has been placed. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email from us with tracking information.
Terms & Conditions of delivery
We will use all reasonable efforts to deliver the products ordered within the timescales indicated on your individual order confirmation.
Erroneously communicated addresses are the responsibility of the customer and may lead to extra charges.
All goods will be dispatched from Antler. If your product is not delivered within the specified timescale, please contact us at email@example.com with your order number. If you would subsequently like us to arrange a collection and a refund, we will be able to do that for you.
You may also specify a new delivery period that is appropriate in the circumstances and request that Antler delivers the products before the end of that period; and then, if Antler does not deliver in that extended period, you may treat the sale contract as at an end and request a full refund for the relevant products.
We only ship via a professional courier. We always require someone to sign for delivery. You accept that a delivery is signed for by a person other than the customer, provided that such person is present at the indicated address and an adult of 18 years or over.
