About our products
Antler was established in England in 1914, so we’ve been leaders in luggage innovation for over 100 years. The quality of our 'Goods' ie our suitcases and luggage, is extremely important to us, and all our products are tested to rigorous standards — we have a 12-point testing programme to ensure every piece meets the high standards.
If your product has developed a fault, please use the following guidelines to ascertain whether you think it should be covered by your warranty. You’ll also find guidance below on how to make a claim.
Please note that our warranty covers manufacturing faults only and does not cover refunds for change of mind beyond our standard returns period of 28 days.
Only Goods purchased from Antler directly or our official stockists can be registered for our warranty.

How do I make a warranty claim?
To make a warranty claim, you'll first need to have proof of purchase. This could be a receipt or order confirmation email, but we may also accept proof of purchase from a bank or credit card statement, where the purchase is clearly identified. We can't accept or progress warranty claims without this.
To make your warranty claim you must take your damaged suitcase to one of our Antler Authorised Service Centres. We have many Service Centres in Australia. The relevant service centre will assess the damage and determine whether it is a genuine warranty claim. If we determine that it is a genuine warranty claim, the damaged Goods will be repaired or replaced (at our discretion), at no cost to you. If we deem it not to be a genuine warranty claim, the Authorised Service Centre will provide you with a quote for the cost of the repair.
If you return one of our Goods to the retailer, the retailer will assist you to understand the claim process and will provide you with a list of our Antler Authorised Service Centres.
