Versatile overnight bag for long travels

"This backpack is beautifully made - it's robust and neat. I like the way the main part of the pack opens out like a clam-shell, with the option of clips that hold it partially closed if necessary. I specifically chose this backpack for 21 days' continuous travel by ferry, rail and bus from Harwich to Stavanger via Oslo. The size was within the limit on hand-luggage when I was travelling by bus in Norway. The backpack was great as an overnight bag as it held a spare pair of trainers, pyjamas, toiletries and snacks - plus my water bottle. This meant that there was no need to open my large case on one-night stays on the ferry or in an hotel. My only reservation is that there is no waist-belt - I feel that an optional/detachable waist belt would make the backpack so much more comfortable and easy to carry because it would distribute the weight more evenly."

Gets the job done!

"Love this bag as it is a great daily carry as well as for travel. Fits my laptop, portable monitor, cable bag, notebooks, pencil case, keyboard, notepads, glasses case, post its, batteries, wallet, and textbook. storage in the bad is definitely not an issue, however, I do wish the bottle puches on the sides were larger as my Nalgene bottle nor my yeti coffee cup fit in either. . . . . Besides that, it is the perfect bag and highly recommend!!"

Handy backpack to load onto your carry on

"Four stars because the color is not the same as in the photos. It is more of a greyish taupe. Other than that, this backpack is lovely, and light when empty, and the straps are super comfortable. I wish loading it on and off the carry-on handle with the strap had been easier. It required maneuvering, and I'd have liked it if it just slipped over the suitcase handle more easily when on the move."
