"While the suitcase was delivered on time, the way it was delivered was so disappointing. Although it was delivered by courier, the box clearly had been opened. The plastic covering for the case was at the bottom of the box and the suitcase was scratched and scuffed when I took it out. I opened the case and all internal zips and fasteners were also undone. So disappointed it was not in new condition that I had ordered."
"This is really a 5 star review for customer service. The suit case arrived and was perfect to look at. The colour is particularly nice. However, after I set up the combination for the lock, I couldn’t open the suitcase. I contacted the chat on customer services and they were brilliant. They helped me upload videos to show them the problem. They admitted it was a problem and arranged to collect the suitcase and issue a replacement . Unfortunately the midnight blue was then out of stock, and I understand what. It’s a really good looking case . The black is nice too but not as special. The size and inside detailing make it perfect for check in luggage on holiday . The wheels move smoothly in every direction, making it a trouble free joy to use. The Handle is easy to use and it looks very stylish. Thank you Antler for the great design and for all your help."
"Great light weight suitcase. Really well made and expandable when needed. I like the various compartments to organise packing and the TSA locks are an added bonus. I liked it so much I bought the medium and cabin size cases to match. An added bonus is they all stack inside each other which makes storage easy."
