I purchased one three-piece luggage set for SAR 2,800, but each piece was shipped under a separate waybill and, more importantly, each was declared at the full value of the entire set: This effectively made customs treat my purchase as three complete sets instead of one. Amount overpaid: SAR 1,166. 50. I trusted your company as a reputable retailer, and I am extremely disappointed with the way my purchase was handled."
